What the letters mean

Solicitor
Qualified and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
IAAS Level 1
Accredited Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
IAAS Level 2
Senior Caseworker: accredited to run complex cases and represent clients at the Tribunal.
IAAS Supervisor
Accredited to lead and quality-check casework. The Legal Aid Agency requires this for legal aid work.
How we work

Everyone has a job, and yours is the file

Caseworkers take your statement, gather the evidence and prepare your case. Our senior team takes the most complex cases and checks the quality of every file. Solicitors advise on the law and represent you where a solicitor is needed.
